Dell Customer Service


Don't ever get anything mixed up in your order with Dell. OMG it took forever to have them fix an account error with the computer I ordered. But its fixed now. And I was even able to get the new machine at almost 100 dollars cheaper. : )

i hate dealing with dell's customer service people!! the sales people are great. but any time you have a problem, you have to talk to the people in india who are awful!

yeah...it got way too complicated..but its good now...should get it in two weeks. : )
